The Yum Yum's

(formerly the Yo Yo's)

The Yum Yum's (formerly the Yo Yo's, always bring lighthearted frivolity  and hilarity to the Stone Street Strummers Spring Bash. With Bob Lind banjo, Tom Fee banjo, Arlene Boucher and Joan Cornett, Ruth Meyers spoons.  Bob Lind's weird headdress doesn't mask the talents of one of New England's brightest and gifted banjo players!

The Yo Yo's normally play for the Fling.  Fifteen years ago, the Yum Yums did a spoof of the Yo Yos, and have been doing it ever since.  So in the absence of one of the Yo Yos, this year the artistic Yum Yums stepped up to the plate, with Arlene Boucher doing a fine parody of the Yo Yo song.

Forever smiling, Joan Cornett had the vocal on Ain't She Sweet - and she really is!

The backbone of Amoskeag Strummers, Joan is also their booking agent.
